  • AI Literacy: Build skills for teachers and understand near-future uses by students, including tutoring with tools like ChatGPT.

Afternoon Session: Policy and Implementation

  • Existing Policies Workshop: Review and discuss current AI policies and guidelines from top organizations.

  • Collaborative Exercises: Draft your own AI policies and frameworks.

  • Implementation Strategies: Learn how to pilot AI tools, evaluate their impact on student achievement, and other considerations.

  • Advocacy: Prepare elevator pitches to effectively communicate the need for AI integration to school committees.
