Work-Based Learning Professional Development For SY 2021-22

URI Provides Professional Development that prepares a certified teacher to deliver the Work-Based Learning course.

  • The PD assumes the teacher has or is participating in the URI Intro to Computing & Data Science program (or similar CS program).

  • The PD includes all curricular materials necessary to teach the course.
  • Scholarships will be made available for some teachers accepted into this program to attend the PD at no cost, however, if you are not eligible to receive a scholarship there may be a program fee. All applications will be reviewed for scholarship eligibility.
