URI Provides Professional Development that prepares a certified teacher to deliver the Intro to Computing and Data Science course.
RI educators successfully completing this PD will become eligible to offer this course for concurrent enrollment. See the Concurrent Enrollment Program for details on student requirements.
URI offers one PD training for the 2021-22 school year. It is comprised of a 5-day Summer Workshop, four follow-up workshops, and additional online training. Those doing this PD must attend all sessions in this schedule.
